LSA reimbursements are a taxable benefit, which means they appear on your T4 and you pay tax on the value at your marginal rate. The app shows you the post-tax value of every claim before you submit.

Yes. LSA spend is a taxable benefit, the value of each reimbursement is added to your taxable income and reported on your T4. Most members still find it net-positive because the employer is funding spend you would have made anyway.
Whatever your employer authorized. Common categories include gym memberships, sports leagues, travel, education, family care, and personal development. Open the LSA tab in the app to see the categories and per-category caps your employer set.
The HSA covers medical and dental expenses tax-free. The LSA covers lifestyle expenses as a taxable benefit. They're separate wallets with separate balances and separate rules, you can claim against both in the same week.
You can submit multiple claims against the same receipt if the line items fall into different categories. The app walks you through it at submission.
Set by your employer's plan rules, some plans carry forward, others reset. Your dashboard shows the rule in plain language and your remaining balance in real time.
