Snap and submit

Open the app, tap the plus button, and follow the three short prompts. Most members finish the whole flow in about 90 seconds — the camera launches automatically, the wallet picker remembers your last choice, and the amount field accepts decimals exactly the way you type them.

Our OCR pre-fills the merchant and total whenever the receipt is legible, so you mostly just confirm what is already on screen.

Get reimbursed

Most claims are approved within hours. Once approved, your reimbursement lands by Direct Deposit (EFT) in 1–2 business days, or near-instantly by Interac e-Transfer if that is what you have on file. Either way you get a push notification the moment funds clear.

What if it gets rejected?

What happens if a claim is rejected?

You see the reason in the app right away. The most common reasons are: receipt is missing the date or vendor, the expense isn't covered by your wallet, or the amount exceeds your remaining balance. You can fix and resubmit immediately.

Can I split a single receipt across wallets?

Yes. The app walks you through allocating line items at submission.

How long are receipts kept?

Long-term retention for compliance — you don't need to keep your own copies.
